Regression: Drop down icon enlarges in deccanchronicle.com,when zoomed-out.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,Open above URL and select any state.
(2)Zoom-out the page, Observe the drop down arrow icons near Editions/Select Date. (kindly refer video)

Actual Result:Drop down arrow icons becomes large when page is zoomed-out
Expected Result:Drop down arrow icons should reduce their size,when page is zoomed-out

This is a Regression issue broken in M-57.

Able to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome Dev #59.0.3048.0. This issue is not seen on Mac OS 10.12

This is an intentional behavior change to fix  Issue 667236 . The arrow size should match to scrollbar width.
