Android web view is disabled unable to enable it

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Device name:moto z play
Android version:7
WebView version (from system settings -> Apps -> Android System WebView): disabled
Application: Web view
Application version:5.9

This is intended behavior. This is because the default webview provider is Chrome.

If you were directed here because you were asked to update WebView, you can instead update Chrome for the same effect.
