On codereview.chromium.org, when you click "Reply" on a comment, your cursor will often be right over the "Send Message" button, which makes it really easy to accidentally post a comment with no content (other than the automatically-quoted content) if you accidentally double-click. I think the "Send Message" button should either not appear under the cursor, or be disabled until the comment field is actually edited.
