Dual screen on MBP only shows one screen on client

Project Member Reported by ajnolley@chromium.org, Mar 24 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.87
CRD Host version: 58.0.3029.28. CRD Client version:57.0.2987.84
OS: 10.12.4 host, Win10 and Goobuntu clients

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Connect to MBP with an external monitor set up in dual monitor mode, from any client
(2)Note that only one monitor shows up on the client

Issues occurs whether curtain mode is enabled or not. Note that when connecting to a Mac mini with two Dell monitors, with the same Host and Client versions, that this does not occur. Both screens show up.

This host includes the fix for bug 699672

I wasn't able to test the case of mirroring multiple monitors, both of which have retina DPI. Maybe this is the case you're running into?
Only the MBP has retina DPI. The external monitor is a standard issue Dell monitor, which maxes out at 1920x1200
Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
This is not a regression, and occurs when the two monitors have different DPIs.
