Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Try this on a iMac ore any other macOS Device. 2. Open in Chrome the DevTool and place setup that its on the right side of Chrome browser. 3. Resize the Dev Tool to Left and Right to check MediaQueries of any Website of your Choice 4. You will see that mediaQueries are break on (lets say) 768px in the CSS file... But the inner Space of website is 753px. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Its little confusing and make it Hard to create pixel-perfect MediaQueries. On Windows Computers the Website work, but broken at all on iMac. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2987.98 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.12.3 Flash Version:

Is this a problem with the counter, or do you want the media query to trigger based off of the width of the site without the scrollbar?

I want that all 3 with counts, show the same with. that i cann see the "REAL RESULT" The MediaQueries "Breake" at the DevTool with, but i cant see the correct Result, because the Real Inner Size is smaller. I know that i can use the Mobile Emulator for this, but i dont realy like the Mobile Emulator... Cant Resizie it fast with mouse, need to re-enter the width at the top... this costs to much time when i need to resize 1500 times each day the with resolution.

This sounds like a DIP and/or viewport layout issue. Can you provide us with a live example and how to recreate it?

This might be related to the crbug.com/699246 Still, it would be nice to have a repro case!
