Downloaded an app and it Uninstaller all of my device control and the administrator?

2tru4lyfe@gmail.com, could you be more specific? What is the app you downloaded?

Without proper repro, it is impossible for us to diagnose the problem.

And I notice you're running a very old version of Chrome (38.0.2125.102). I would strongly recommend you to update your chrome immediately.
