Step links should be same on build and on step pages

Compare the attached images. You'll notice that step has different links on build and step pages: "stdout" vs "stdio". The "stdout" link leads to LogDog and correctly displays the log, while "stdio" links to https://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.blink/builders/mac10.10_blink_rel/builds/2208/steps/webkit_tests%20%28with%20patch%29/logs/stdio.

Please update step pages to also link LogDog.
