Precondition: Make sure Google Cast is available in the same network as the Device

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Google Chrome
  2. Navigate to www.youtube.com
  3. Tap on cast icon on top-right and select Cast to Device
  4. After the connection established, Tap icon again and select Stop Casting

Observed results: Cast to pop up is displayed immediately again

Expected results: Cast to pop shouldn't be displayed again.
