The login window is blank on chromebook (link)

Chrome Version: (copy from chrome://version)
OS: (e.g. Win7, OSX 10.9.5, etc...)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Flash R59-9391 on chromebook(link)
(2) Add --mash in /etc/chrome_dev.conf
(3) restart ui

What is the expected result?
Login window

What happens instead?
The login window is blank

When you say blank, do you mean line  issue 694846 ?
