I couldn't reproduce the problem.
Is this reproducible in the incognito window?

The Source Code on http://s.svc-1.google.com contains two redirects to the same page:

1)

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url=&#39;http://s.svc-1.google.com/?pli=1&amp;authuser=0&#39;">

2)

<script type="text/javascript" language="javascript">
    location.replace("http://s.svc-1.google.com/?pli\x3d1\x26authuser\x3d0")
</script>

It plays (desktop version - windows) in Chrome Versión 57.0.2987.110, Chrome Versión 59.0.3049.0 (Build oficial) canary (64 bits), Interner Explorer 11, Vivaldi 1.7.735.46 (Stable channel) (32 bits), Opera 43.0.2442.1144 (PGO)

Do you mean the problem is reproducible with any browsers?

Does not occur in all browsers:

- the page in Mozilla Firefox -version 52.0.1 (32-bit)- returns a '404 error'

ok, so reproducible with Chrome, IE11, Vivaldi, and Opera.
I don't think it's a problem of the site, not browsers. Closing.
