What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, navigate to some webpages and go to chrome://site-engagement.
2) Press Tab key till focus is on 'Points' input of last entry.
3) Again press Tab key once and observe.

On pressing Tab key, unnecessary focus stays on Points input for last entry.

On pressing Tab key, focus should not stay on Points input for last entry.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-57 series (Chrome version:57.0.2941.0)
