Regression : Destination page is not correct on clicking settings icon in Language/Accessibility/Network sections of Uber Tray.

Chrome Version: 57.0.2987.123/9202.56.1 Stable-channel  Candy,Daisy and Minnie
OS: Chrome

Pre-Condition : 'Enable Material Design settings' flag from chrome://flags

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user -> click on Uber Tray ->For Example select 'Accessibility' option
(2)Now click on 'Accessibility settings' icon-> observe page naviagtion (Please refer video)

Expected: Only 'Accessibility' settings section should be displayed with 'Accessibility' as search result.
Actual: Instead Entire settings page is seen and no search results are seen

This is Regression issue as same is working fine for chrome://settings page

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
This is WAI, it's actually an improvement on the old Settings. We now navigate directly to the desired section rather than relying on Search.

This would only be a bug if any of the buttons did not navigate to the expected section.
