Weird behavior on link

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 56.0.2924.87 (Official Build) (32-Bit)
URLs (if applicable) : https://www.google.de/search?q=CSV+Parser+c3&oq=CSV+Parser+c#&aqs=chrome..69i57.4951j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
         IE: FAIL (11.0.9600.18537)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Open Browser and search the URL

What is the expected result?
Open the link without refreshing itself forever

What happens instead?
refreshing itself

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
the same link without c# -> c3 would load it properly
Found this bug or if it is a bug, while the site was loading and i swapped the C3 to C# and then it started refreshing itself

Thanks for filing the issue.
Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10,7,Mac-10.12.3 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using Chrome reported version-56.0.2924.87,stable version-57.0.2987.110 and canary-59.0.3049.0 with the above URL & steps mentioned in comment#0.

This is Non-regression issue, Observed from M30# 30.0.1551.0 to latest Canary and marking it as Untriaged to get more inputs from Dev team.

Not a Chromium bug.  Might be considered a bug in the page contents, if the JS there is expected to detect this and do something better, but I suspect they might consider this not a bug either.  In any case, this would be better reported to Google Search.
