Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open test file What is the expected behavior? The different border colours should be shown on both test cases but they are all the same when using border-collapse: collapse What went wrong? When using border-collapse: collapse only the first border colour is shown on all subsequent borders Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0 It works as expected in Firefox, but Safari and Chrome both show the issue - could be a legacy Webkit issue?

Able to repro on Chrome Linux 58. The computed style of the <td> elements are being computed correctly, this doesn't seem to be a styling issue, more likely painting.
