What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and login into browser with valid credentials
(2)Click on avatar icon > manage people > add person > create supervised user
(3)Navigate to chrome://history , click on 'tabs from other devices' and try to sign into chrome.

Actual: Warning message doesn't appear while signing in to chrome to access 'tabs from other device' in chrome://history

Expected: Warning message should appear while signing in to chrome to access 'tabs from other device' as it is accessible by manager only.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M58' series i.e 58.0.3013.0 build as UI for history is changed in supervised user.
