video context menu title is empty

Chrome Version: 59.0.3048.0	
OS: Android 7.1.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://beaufortfrancois.github.io/sandbox/media/video.html
(2) Start playing video
(3) Long tap video
(4) Context menu shows up

What is the expected result?
It should contain video title/name and actions

What happens instead?
It only contain actions with a weird empty space at the top

Known issue about the header being wrong.  There is work to make the header more informative about the context as well.
