AccessibleObjectFromWindow API failed

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Issue happened on customer computer and got resolved after reinstalling chrome browser.

What is the expected behavior?
AccessibleObjectFromWindow API call success

What went wrong?
AccessibleObjectFromWindow API failed.

Did this work before? Yes 57

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Is there any specific scenario where "AccessibleObjectFromWindow" API call will fail.

We are using C++ codes for doing Accessibility functionalities with Chrome browser. And we don't know what went wrong there if "AccessibleObjectFromWindow" failed, so we just wish to know the scenarios where "AccessibleObjectFromWindow" API call will fail.
