Chrome ToT r458750 on device with --mash

Probably we're not initializing dbus cras audio properly.

Maybe related to issue 644336 or issue 602689

Any chance it's just issue 649360? This code is still racy, as far as I'm aware.

I can't reproduce anymore, maybe fixed by someone else.
