Shipping Address Editor doesn't update its size / vertical scroll bar on country changes. |

Issue descriptionWhen the country is changed, the set of fields is updated in the editor, but the size of the view stays the same and we either get too much space (useless vertical scroll bar) or not enough (some fields get cropped).
