Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. try to stream anything from any app or website
2. if able to get one to play, wait ten minutes at most
3. or try to simply get to facebook, email or google settings, history, or one of our google timelines.

What is the expected behavior?
I expected it to work, so I could watch some shows, 

What went wrong?
lagging in the video, app, and windows, sound distortion, freezing, crashing.

Ran several different antiviruses, cleaners etc. Even after running repairs and removal commands, I tried to stream a short and within 5 minutes I was shutting my computer down
