If we turn ChromeVOX on and change language, it behaves in a strange way.

First, it seems to pronounce text in new language using old language voice. For me the simplest way to test it is to switch language to German, restart Chrome (so that it will start with German language), and switch back to English. You will head English with German accent.

Second, if you change language and quickly navigate to EULA page (i.e. go through 3 dialogs), ChromeVOX will continue pronouncing strings from the previous dialogs.

Third, if we switch language from English to German (or any other), and navigate to EULA page, ChromeVOX focus will start spontaneously moving around pronouncing everything we have not only on the EULA dialog, but also sometimes hidden DOM elements.
