Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. export bookmarks with emoji's in title from mac chrome. 2. import bookmarks from generated file to windows chrome. 3. all emoji's are replaced with 😀 symbol What is the expected behavior? Bookmarks should be imported as they were exported. What went wrong? instead of real emoji's visually is displayed 😀 symbol. However if one tries to edit bookmark title and cut 😀 symbol, when pasted somewhere else emoji is displayed correctly (🎓) but in bookmark title not.. :S Did this work before?
