Ctrl-T doesn't work |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 59.0.3048.0 OS: macOS 10.12 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open http://textarea.org/ (2) Type two letters, "ab" (3) Move the caret between "a" and "b" (4) Type Ctrl-T What is the expected result? The editing text will be "ba" What happens instead? The whole text is selected. Please use labels and text to provide additional information. Not reproducible with Google Chrome 58 beta.

Route to Mac team, it seems key binding is changed on Mac platform.
Observation:
- The sample[1] verifies execCommand('transpose') on Canary and ToT.
- "Transpose" command is routed from [2], which isn't modified last 12 months.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac-10.12.3 using chrome canary 59.0.3048.0. Tested the issue on Mac-10.12.3 using chrome version# 59.0.3053.3 with the steps mentioned in comment#0. Observed that the fix is working as expected. Hence adding TE-Verified labels. Please find the attached screen cast for the same. Thanks!! |
