Table headers on the Autofill subpage currently have contrast ratio is 2.7, recommended minimum is 4.5. @bettes what values should be used?

stevenjb@: there might be some lingering column headers on ChromeOS that I couldn't test.
I can't think of any and didn't see any during a rough audit. The cups changes look fine as far as I can tell.
