Question is, do we build it by pulling down an upstream binary or build it from scratch? I have the former version working, but I'm not quite using upstream. I'm using one of reveman@'s builds, but I don't know how much he modifies those from upstream now that lots of his patches got merged. As far as building it from scratch goes, I think chirantan@ ran into some blockers that I'm not keen on trying to get past.

I started modifying my JDK changes to use dlopen so we could include them in the default version of Android Studio JDK without adding additional deps. I need to finish this work.
