@adlr, can you let us know how the conversation around using component updater goes?

For now, proposing we do this:

* Create a project-termina-client overlay, to be inherited by boards we're shipping this on.
* Add a vm-image ebuild that extracts rootfs/kernel from builder images, installs them on rootfs
* Add a board_specific_setup.sh script similar to ARC++, which will repack/fix up the rootfs (e.g. remove /boot)

We can throw this onto eve and maybe think about putting it on amd64-generic too. As a first step, we need some fixups for common.sh so that both cheets and termina board specific scripts can run.
