Bisects failing silently |

Issue descriptionI've observed a number of bisects fail and not post back to the bug to describe the failure. For example, this bug has a bisect that silently failed: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=703235#c2 Regression bugs really benefit from the post-back behavior to keep the triage process flowing.

Landed a fix, kinda needs a device to fail provisioning to test in prod so can re-open this if it's still happening. |
