Keep values entered in payments shipping address editor when the country is changed. |

Issue descriptionWe currently wipe all the values entered in the UI when the user switches country in the payments flow shipping address editor so that we can relayout the UI with the coutry specific settings. We should save the data that was entered in the previous coutry settings and try to map it to the new country as best we can.
