Interstitials don't hide tooltip or status info bubble |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 59.0.3047.0 OS: OSX Sierra 10.12.3 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open a new tab. Hover over e.g. the gmail link on the new tab page. (2) Start a navigation to a slow page with an interstitial (e.g. https://sha1-2016.badssl.com (3) (If needed, move mouse back to the link if StatusInfoBubble or Tooltip hides) Expect: When interstitial displays, old tooltip and statusinfobubble are cleared. Actual: These UI elements linger Please use labels and text to provide additional information. For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu page at the end of this report.

I'm unable to repro this on 59.0.3054.0. Do you still see this on the latest Canary?

Yes, I can still reproduce this on 59.0.3054.0, the latest OS X canary. The repro is easier when the navigation to the site in #2 is slower (because you can perform step #3 more easily).

I can repro this too, the tooltip version seems to happen on all navigations. Screen recordings attached, using 59.0.3062.0.
