Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using chrome version 57.0.2987.110. Able to navigate to chrome Webstore. 

Request you to please check the network settings, restart system, relaunch chrome and try again. Please update us with your observations.

other browsers: Ie11, mozilla firefox work;
for reasons of time, when I have chance, I shall undertake tests on a
virtual machine, and I will inform you of the result.

Per comment #5, please attach a netlog, as it will contain the certificate chain.

It does sound like a legitimate case of a non-authentic chain to google.com.

If this only started happening in M57, it could even be that you had wosign/startcom intermediates along the non-authentic path, which are now being rejected by Chrome.

solved:
win7Ultimate installed to Oracle V.M .;
installed Chrome> Settings> https / ssl> export certificates;
....
to standard installation> Local Group Policy Editor> Security Settings> Pubblic Key Policies> Certificate Path Validation Settings Properties> Revocation;
reboot system;
launch Chrome;
Settings> https / ssl> import certificate;
exit Chrome;
reboot system;
launch Chrome = Everything works!
