Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using chrome version 57.0.2987.110. Able to navigate to chrome Webstore. Request you to please check the network settings, restart system, relaunch chrome and try again. Please update us with your observations. Thanks.!

Per comment #5, please attach a netlog, as it will contain the certificate chain. It does sound like a legitimate case of a non-authentic chain to google.com. If this only started happening in M57, it could even be that you had wosign/startcom intermediates along the non-authentic path, which are now being rejected by Chrome.
