UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.110 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://edudirectory.withgoogle.com/es-421

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1- We change the language into spanish (https://edudirectory.withgoogle.com/es-419)
2- We changed the url for https://edudirectory.withgoogle.com/es-421: The server redirects to https://edudirectory.withgoogle.com/en But now all texts on the web are displayed in native, untranslated mode.

When navigating we find the following pages:

https://edudirectory.withgoogle.com/static/templates/trainer-card.html
https://edudirectory.withgoogle.com/static/views/trainers.html
https://edudirectory.withgoogle.com/static/templates/profile-card.html
https://edudirectory.withgoogle.com/static/templates/footer.html

What is the expected behavior?

Tested the issue on Windows-7,Mac-10.12.3 and Linux Ubuntu-14.04 using chrome stable version 57.0.2987.133,canary 59.0.3055.0 and reported version 57.0.2987.110 with the  below steps 
1.Opened chrome go to URL https://edudirectory.withgoogle.com/es-419
2.Navigated to the url "https://edudirectory.withgoogle.com/es-421" and observed it redirected to " https://edudirectory.withgoogle.com/en "
But that URL text was displayed sometimes in spanish and sometimes in English.
Observed the texts on the web displayed inconsistenty.

Please find the attached screenshots for both observations. 
Would you mind once please check the issue on other browsers and let us know if any thing missed from our end in triaging the issue.

Given that this reproduces in every browser, I don't think there's any reason to believe this is a browser problem. If there's a bug here, it's almost certainly in the website itself.
