CSS3 Multiple column layout view stop working in latest Canary

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3046.4 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to http://codepen.io/panntau/pen/EWEjwZ in stable Chrome v 57
2. Go to http://codepen.io/panntau/pen/EWEjwZ in lates Chrome Canary 
3. In Canary the column count not display the right amount of column it display only one column

What is the expected behavior?
expected is too see the list in 3 column as you can see it in stable chrome version

What went wrong?
multicolumn css3 properties not working in latest Canary

Did this work before? Yes 58.0.3029.6 (Oficial) (64bit)

Chrome version: 59.0.3046.4  Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: 

I have noticed in Version 59.0.3046.4 canary SyzyASan, but may appier on earlier versions too

This doesn't look like a devtools bug.
