Regression : Hovering effect is seen missing for 'Time and Date' text in Uber tray

Chrome Version: 57.0.2987.119/9202.56.0 Stable-channel Daisy,candy and Minnie
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to User->Click on Uber tray and hover the mouse on "Time and Date' text
(2)Now observe hover effect is seen missing Text(Please refer video and screenshot)

Expected: Hovering effect should be seen for 'Time and Date' 
Actual: Instead on hovering mouse on 'Time and Date' no effect is seen

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-55

Note: 'Time and Date' text should be seen highlighted on hovering mouse as we are able to click on it.

This is working as intended for the MD System menu.
