Google News: Select edition language not showing after minimizing the browser

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://news.google.co.in/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open https://news.google.co.in/
2. There you can see different options for selecting   
   "Edition language"( Like Hindi,Tamil,malayalam...)
3. Now Minimize the browser,now you can see the option 
   for selecting "Edition Language " is missing .
   Please watch the attached video for more clarification .

What is the expected behavior?
Option for selecting "Edition Language " should be shown even after minimizing the browser window.

What went wrong?
User can't able to select the "Edition Language "

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Why this issue is not yet confirmed? Ticket state is still unconfirmed ..
Is this not an issue?or it is already reported by anyone?

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows-7, Mac-10.12.3 and Linux Ubuntu-14.04 using chrome stable version 57.0.2987.110, canary 59.0.3055.0 and reported version 56.0.2924.87 with the steps mentioned in comment#0.
Please find the attached screen cast and let us know if anything missed here to reproduce the issue.

   That issue will be happen only in specific chrome window size and you have to adjust the chrome window size to get the issue.Hope that the attached new video will help you to find out the issue.

Thanks for filing the issue.

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7,Mac-10.12.4 & ubuntu 14.04 using Chrome stable version -57.0.2987.133 ,reported version-56.0.2924.87 and canary-59.0.3065.0 with the steps mentioned in comment#0 & comment#4.

This is Non-regression issue, Observed from M30 and confirming this issue to get more inputs from Dev team.
