Regression:Text is overlapped in Performance tab of Devtools,when Minimum font size is huge.

Chrome Version:59.0.3047.0 dev
OS:Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,go to chrome://md-settings/fonts and set the Minimum font size to huge
(2)Open Devtools >>Performance tab and Observe(Kindly refer video)

Actual:Text is overlapped,when Minimum font size is huge.
Expected:Text shouldn't get overlapped.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-57

Able to reproduce this issue on Mac OS 10.12 using chrome Dev #59.0.3047.0

Still we are able to reproduce the issue on Windows-7 using chrome Dev #59.0.3067.6
