Automatically Downgrading The Version

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Device name:Aqua Joy
Android version:5.1
WebView version (from system settings -> Apps -> Android System WebView):
Application:58.0.3029.21

ISSUE: Android System Web View Application AUTOMATICALLY downgrading it's version from 58.0.3029.21 to 56.0.2924.87 after restarting the mobile phone.

It's the main issue i.e., it is automatically downgrading it's version.
