Regression:Scroll bar appears for the large font in Add manage search engines overlay

Chrome Version: 59.0.3047.0
OS:Windows,Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Lunch chrome and navigate to the chrome://md-settings
(2)Change font size to Large and click on manage search engines section
(3)Click on add in manage search engines section

Expected Result:Scroll bar should not appear in the overlay.

Actual Result:Scroll bar is appearing in the add overlay.

This is regression issue broken in M-58

Able to reproduce this issue on Mac OS 10.12 as well.

I was able to repro this in the bisect, but cannot repro on  59.0.3048.0 anymore. Please verify with the newest build and if bug still persists, reassign to me. Thanks!

Tested this issue on chrome latest M58-58.0.3029.76 and observed the issue still persists. But this issue is not observed on M60-60.0.3072.0.

scottchen@ Since this issue is fixed on M59 does reverse bisect will be helpful to know where this issue is got fixed.

I came across something related, it was probably paper-input's hidden error-message element that is sticking out of the layout.
