The next step for this issue would be to move https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/1918 along, perhaps by submitting a pull request, and then trying to align location.ancestorOrigins with that. If that works out it would then make sense to ship the same thing on WindowClient.

This issue has been Available for over a year. If it's no longer important or seems unlikely to be fixed, please consider closing it out. If it is important, please re-triage the issue.
