Issue descriptionChrome Version : 59.0.3047.0 (Official Build) 15ae1e89e749d6443b6caffdbc78ad24f945aa67-refs/heads/master@{#458255} 32/64 bit OS : Windows (7,8,10) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://downloads 2. Click on 'More actions..' icon and observe the default focus. Actual : Default focus is missing in 'More actions..' menu list. Expected : Default focus should be there on first option in 'More actions..' list. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-59’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info. Good build : 59.0.3046.0 Bad build : 59.0.3047.0 Note : 1. Issue is also seen on chrome://md-settings page for 'More actions..' icon in 'Manage search engine' subpage. 2. Will soon update Mac and Linux OS info.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build:59.0.3046.0 (Revision:457952). Bad build:59.0.3047.0 (Revision:458255). You are probably looking for a change made after 457976 (known good), but no later than 457977 (first known bad).
