Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open attached blur.html
2. input something
3. focusout

What is the expected behavior?
alert one time

What went wrong?
occur infinite loop

Did this work before? Yes 51

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

I already report this bug before.
but I just wonder which environment occur this event
because I tested nine PC. The result like attached file "test result.xlsx". but there is no pattern. 
Let's see PC5 and PC9 . same window OS and same browser(52.0.2743.116)
But one PC occur infinite loop , the other PC didn't occur infinite loop.
Is there any report of which environment has a problem?
Is it related to Windows updates?
