[FATAL:LinkHighlightImpl.cpp(207)] Check failed: quads.size().

Project Member Reported by jwanda@chromium.org, Mar 20 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 59.0.3045.0
OS: Android

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to xkcd.com
(2) Near the bottom of the page there is a row of 5 images
(3) Hold down one of the images.

What is the expected result?
A context menu should pop up.

What happens instead?
The renderer crashes with the stack trace listed below. With the sad tab showing saying if you would like to reload.

This also happens when you try to click the imageLink instead of trying to press it.

Summary: [FATAL:LinkHighlightImpl.cpp(207)] Check failed: quads.size(). (was: Chrome for Android crashes on certain websites when trying to press a link)
Components: -Blink>Internals Blink>Layout
This vector is populated mainly using LayoutObject::absoluteQuads. I'm not sure if the issue is there or not, but putting in layout component for triage.

Components: -Blink>Layout Mobile
LinkHighlightImpl makes assumptions about the returned quads, this is android specific and outside of layout.
