Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Decimal DSF 2. Active a popup, active a menu 3. Look the borders What is the expected behavior? The border is sharp in integer DSF like image[2] What went wrong? As image[1] shown, Some borders are 1.5px, some are 1.0px Did this work before? Blocked on architecture changes. We could probably fix this without them, but I don't think it's worth the effort since it'll be much much easier to fix with them.
