unknown manifest key 'minimum_opera_version' warning on unified extension builds for opera/chrome

Reported by j...@adblockplus.org, Mar 20 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. clone latest [adblockpluschrome](http:/hg.adblockplus.org/adblockpluschrome) revision
2. run `./build.py -t chrome devenv`
3. install dev extension in chrome

What is the expected behavior?
no warnings should be thrown, the extension should install normally.

What went wrong?
Chrome shows an unknown manifest key warning for 'minimum_opera_version'

WebStore page: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/adblock-plus/cfhdojbkjhnklbpkdaibdccddilifddb

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'> Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12
Flash Version:

Not sure if this should also be filed with the opera team, perhaps they could update their fork to just use a conversion for the minimum chrome version or you guys can ignore this key in the manifest.

Sorry, I see I filed this from firefox, my chrome version is: 57.0.2987.110 (64-bit)

Unable to reproduce the issue with latest Chrome stable i.e., 57.0.2987.110 on Windows 7 and 10, Mac 10.12.3 and Linux.
It appears to only happen when loading unpacked extensions in developer mode.

jon@ could you please us with the unpacked extension file for further triage.

Thank You...
Hi,

Sorry for not providing an unpacked extension file, this is because the extension 'file' is rather a directory. Perhaps I did not clarify properly the steps to reproduce.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. clone adblockpluschrome "$ hg clone http:/hg.adblockplus.org/adblockpluschrome"
2. run "$ ./build.py -t chrome devenv"
3. open chrome and navigate to the extensions page
4. click "load unpacked extensions" and select "adblockpluschrome/devenv.chrome"

This should reproduce the warning, is this sufficient?

Alternatively I could just provide a sample of the manifest.json which would reproduce the warning.
