Non-Regression: Unwanted shifting of text is seen in Applications tab on reloading

Chrome Version:59.0.3046.0 dev
OS:Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open devtools >> Go to Applications tab and observe text present there
(2)Now Hit F5 and observe shifting of text position

Expected: No such shifting of test should be seen.
Actual: Instead text shifts to right on reloading.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from introduction of Text in Application tab of devtools i.e; from 58.0.3022.0  dev

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome version 59.0.3046.0.Issue not reproducible on Mac 10.12.3
