Make "link you copied" suggestion for the first URL in the pasteboard.

Issue description

You can share your trip in Uber. I shared to the pasteboard, and inside the pasteboard Uber puts:
"I'm on my way! Follow my Uber trip: https://trip.uber.com/1234567890"
Unfortunately, Open From Clipboard (OFC) only works with text that *only* contains a URL, so I wasn't able to quickly open this link with OFC.

I suggest changing OFC so that OFC searches for the first URL inside the first 2000 characters of the text.

This could be used to accept text as input of Share extension too.

I think this is a very good idea, Jif and Olivier.
Agree, we should parse out the first URL in the pasteboard and offer to load that. Great idea!

I'm triaging this and marking it as available as a P3 feature. I think it would be a nice addition. Could this be potentially a noogler first task or added to anyone's queue for non-time-sensitive issues?

Now we are adding support for quickly searching based on strings in ones clipboard.
See: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/17rpwnmqo2AcXuIlPqb8OBjp2s8O6XzM4dcYQEVZrTts/edit#slide=id.g49fff934ea_0_169

Because of that I think we won't have to parse out the first URL anymore, but instead keep it as a String, since we aren't completely sure that the Text in the clipboard is useless.
