Regression:Tab crash is seen on youtube page while navigating back and forward.

Issue description

Chrome Version:59.0.3046.0 dev
OS:Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and go to https://www.youtube.com/ and Play any video for 10 seconds
(2)Click on back navigation and then forward navigation 
(3)Repeat step 2 and Observe(kindly refer video)


Actual:Tab crash is seen while navigating back and forward.
Expected:Tab shouldn't crash while navigating back and forward.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-59

Able to reproduce this issue on Linux Ubuntu 14.04 with Chrome version-59.0.3043.0.

The script might not always return single CL as suspectas some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

Unable to find suspect from the above CL.Could anyone from dev team please look into this issue.
Note: Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 & Mac OS.
Adding "ReleaseBlock-Stable" label & feel free to remove if this is not the case.

Crash id from 59.0.3046.0(f04c056640000000) on Linux looks similar to Issue 702793 which is working fine now on 59.0.3047.0 as per the manual steps mentioned above.

Merging into Issue 702793 based on stack comparison.
