Issue descriptionTo my layman reading, WebVR Android MailboxToSurface bridge seems to leak texture ids. The ids are created with CreateAndConsumeTextureCHROMIUM, but never destroyed. Even smaller nitpick: * the last clang-format leaves the "off" mode on for the rest of the file
