Could you please provide the exact URL where the issue happens upon Search Google 'selected text'? Please also check the same on the latest stable(57.0.2987.110) in incognito mode or in profile without any 3rd party extensions or apps.

this is the first one that pops up https://www.google.com/#q=Done then it goes to. https://www.google.com/search?q=Done&cad=h Here you go, another attachment, its literally with every search i do.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #56.0.2924.87 and latest canary #59.0.3068.1. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Navigated to https://www.google.com/#q=Done. 2. Observed that results of "done" were displayed and it did not get redirect to https://www.google.com/search?q=Done&cad=h. araks58@ - Could you please verify the screen cast and please let us know if anything missed from our side.
