Able to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome stable #57.0.2987.110 by following steps mentioned below. 1. Changed default chrome language to Hebrew and checked offer to translate pages to selected language 2. Navigated to wikipedia.org (English site) 3. Observed no automatic page translation to Hebrew Tested the same on older version of chrome #50.0.2642.0 and observed the similar behavior. didschr@ Do you have any clue on which chrome version it used to work before?

In the Canary browser the translation works but strangely not like it once does not translate the whole page at once but parts are smooth .... I do not know how to look at the link you gave and check I do not understand it ...

The translation came back to work but as I wrote it translates smooth parts rather than all at once as it was before ... (I think what was earlier was better ...)
