Chromium does not update styles when you click the update button

Reported by aypeli...@gmail.com, Mar 18 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.75 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http:/localhost/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Change css-file on http://localhost/.
2. Update page.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
When I change the stylesheet (css) and forcibly update the page in the Chrome browser, nothing happens.

To make changes in this browser, you either need to clear the history, or read the pages and styles directly from hdd
and not through the http protocol.

Modifications of HTML documents and images are not relevant, they are fine.

But with the styles the problem.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.75 Channel: stable

Have you tried configuring your webserver to indicate no caching on the files?
